Vanilla crescents

That's how it looks.


  • 200g flour
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 75g grounded Almonds
  • 150g butter
  • + incredients for the icing


Put all ingredients into a bowl and knead it to a dough. Then take a hand full out and form it on a floured carving board to a long roll, roughly 2cm think. Cut this roll into slices, about a 1cm in width. Form small bend sausages from them and put them in a on the baking tin. The best way is to put baking paper on the tin. Put it into the oven at 150°C. They are ready after about 10-15 minutes. They should change their color slightly, but don't bake them until they are brown ;-)

Let them cool down only a little bit and put the icing on them.
